I want better compensation. But most of all, I want to be treated with respect by the management.
A lot of gossiping, a lot of drama, it's toxic! Work environment is seriously unprofessional and management couldn't do anything about it! The only way to avoid this terrible atmosphere is to leave!
I have a huge passion for Greenworks Tools and my position. I have been promoted and given support to further my career. Passionate about what I do and the relationships I've built!
