The way everybody works together and if there's a problem we all come up with Solutions and they use everybody's ideas of one good solution

I think the manager just needs to loosen up get more on page with everybody else be willing and open to take suggestions

Just getting there knowing that if it's a problem we'll all work together and being around all mine my people I work with my coworkers
