That I am truly part of a team that listens and strives to be better everyday.
My co workers and the customers
It's a comfortable laid back productive environment.
That I am able to achieve my financial goals to take care of my sick son. Provide for my family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We keep changing names, so any loyalty our customer base had is gone.
sorry, don't get paid enough to make those decisions, although if I did make management pay from the looks of thing I could just put my feet up on a desk and yell do better
need to have set managers and be more positive
