Stop using and abusing people, you give them a goal they crush it why penalize them with pay cuts and hire others who take less just to leave

WE WORK FAST AND ARE VERY PRODUCTIVE

My team is small but, we can come together and complete what needs to be done.

Everything no respect in the company all they say is just for the investors

EVERY ONE WORKS AND GETS A LONG WELL
Its a place you loom forward to going to everyday versus dreading it.
We have great managers that lead by example.

A new store manager that understands happy employees makes more productivity
not be so negative but more encouraging

That it was immediately comfortable and inviting place to be and truly talk about a future with them.
It was informative and laid back.

My co workers and the customers
It's a comfortable laid back productive environment.
That I am able to achieve my financial goals to take care of my sick son. Provide for my family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
sorry, don't get paid enough to make those decisions, although if I did make management pay from the looks of thing I could just put my feet up on a desk and yell do better
need to have set managers and be more positive
