Leadership across all levels from corporate to the regions do not care about employees. The company cannot keep quality employees because they want to pay the lowest amount possible while consolidating and increasing work. There is no sort of work-life balance and management could care less.
I have enjoyed working for Group 1! Every employee is allowed to grow in their current roles and even further.
The company does not care about their employees at all. Work is piled on top of existing employees without proper pay increase. There is no work life balance for hard working individuals while executives get praised for being cost efficient.
