vacation time because we get at least 3-4 weeks off each year thanks to the company closing from December 24th to Jan 1st

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not undervalued, I just want to make a livable wage

not paid enough, not recognition and benefits are the worst

benefits are pretty basic, but work environment is flexible

Starting Salary of $50,000 would be appreciated. It's difficult to live in NYC under that salary price floor.
