Pretty much everything. A great place to start would be stop lying to people.

Not undervalued, I just want to make a livable wage
not paid enough, not recognition and benefits are the worst
benefits are pretty basic, but work environment is flexible
Starting Salary of $50,000 would be appreciated. It's difficult to live in NYC under that salary price floor.

Stop pointing finger and communicate about problems and solutions.

be honest about the job description. Do not put a fancy vacancy online and have someone do something totally different
