What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, transparent and enthudiast fare
If I have a problem with my direct manager, the problem is fixed once I reach out. I am also always able to reach out about a problem and not feel bad about it.
Theyre very respectful and knowledgeable and they try hard to train us, help us grow and stand up for us at least in regard to managing unrealistic client expectations.
Leadership team often cares more about client satisfaction than employee satisfaction. But they are in client service industry so that's not unexpected

We have short and sweet meetings. Not endless meetings that do not have much to do with us.

Fun to work with employees and easy to interact with leadership
We have a pretty steady work flow. It's nice and not too stressful on a day to day basis
