Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued omg! I will always strive to find lower healthcare packages, lower life insrance, better death benefits... but companies such as ours are virtually debt free because of sound financial management.

We are family - I got all my sisters/brothers and me

We support each other and the community. If s someone has a passion about fundraising for a certain cause- we support it 110%

My interviewer asked questions about me and he was very good at asking about certain things because tgey revealed things he wanted to know about like work ethic and loyalty

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is where it’s effecting us the most. Having a manager who not only does not care about what you have to say, but belittles you hinders your work ethic. If they were replaced with a more compassionate and genuine manager things would flow smooth
