- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel undervalued omg! I will always strive to find lower healthcare packages, lower life insrance, better death benefits... but companies such as ours are virtually debt free because of sound financial management.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management is where it’s effecting us the most. Having a manager who not only does not care about what you have to say, but belittles you hinders your work ethic. If they were replaced with a more compassionate and genuine manager things would flow smooth
