We work as a team! Where one person is weak, another is strong. We support each other. We listen to each other. Collaborate to find solutions to issues.
Coworkers actually work as a team and try to assist with tasks. They make the shift go by fast. We get things done and take care of customers.

Store managers are overwhelmed and all over the place which trickles down to the employees.
