yes , very undervaluated , needed more salary and respect from managers that are not professional
A major wipe out of most of the management. There is nothing but deflection and avoidance
What are some of the best things about your team?
Flexibility, good communication and keen to learn
the small team is great with the team work
If you spend an entire day in meetings, you leave no time to actually put the decisions in effect

Eliminate the Spain-elitist attitude, take ownership of your own job, a little pride in self, and a good investment in the tools and tech needed to improve.

They certainly downplayed how bad it was, then it just got worse.
