Ms. Cathy P. Goss has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Guaranty Bank And Trust Company and Guaranty Bancorp since November 2011 and since November 18, 2011 respectively. Ms. Goss serves as a Secretary of Encon United. Ms. Goss has over 26 years of experience in the banking industry. She served as Guaranty Bank and Trust's Executive Vice President and Manager of Commercial Banking and joined Guaranty Bank in June 2006. Prior to joining Guaranty Bank and Trust, Ms. Goss served at U.S. Bank in Denver for 21 years, as Senior Vice President and Manager for the Commercial Banking team. Ms. Goss served in a management capacity at U.S. Bank since 1996, including managing the business banking groups in North Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Ms. Goss also held two years of formal credit training at the beginning of her banking career. She has been a Director of Guaranty Bank & Trust Company since 2011. She has been a Director of Guaranty Bank And Trust Company since 2011. She serves on the Board of Directors for Encon United. She serves as Secretary and a Member of the Denver Rescue Mission. Ms. Goss earned a bachelor's degree from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
