What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to work harder and do far less toxic gossip
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the immediate manager does not like older people he is part of the reason for the toxic gossip.. He creates it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
no one is encouraged to work together because the manager creates strife id he does no tlike someone. He turns the rest of the staff against that person
