Positive for the most part don't like lack of communication

Bad attitude by administrator who also has unrealistic goals for staff. A major lack of supply again due to budgeting by the administrator. Overall poor.

Very appreciative for our work

Interpersonal communication. My Director of Nursing is amazing, but the administrator of the building is less than personable. She is cold and heartless.
