What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Interpersonal communication. My Director of Nursing is amazing, but the administrator of the building is less than personable. She is cold and heartless.

I believe for the work we do we should be paid more.

Attitude starts at the top and rolls down. The current administrator took away any incentives we had in place.

Again. Stop being dishonest. HR department is a joke
