What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the supportive approach of the management and the fact that the manager gives freedom for creativity and implementing own ideas and projects
They care about the employees and take our feedback into account. When they introduce changes in the processes or company structure, the transition to these changes is always very smooth, so that no one is stressed about it.
Their guidance and clear instructions
Well, I have no questions about the correctness of the taken decisions but still they were the changes are communicated could be improved.

Flexible vacation policy when you can divide it to as many parts as you need it
The comprehensive health and wellness benefits. The company provides excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, ensuring that my health and that of my family are well taken care of.
The medical insurance covers 99% of my needs. Even the dentist's services are included.

Very open-minded people committed to the quality
One of the best things about my team is our exceptional spirit of collaboration. Team members are always willing to help one another, share knowledge, and work together to achieve our goals. This collaborative atmosphere fosters a sense of unity and makes our projects more successful.
People are willing to communicate, discuss their work, and share problems to find optimal solutions and improve processes. Also, the team is very supportive and cares a lot about the atmosphere inside the collective.

it is comfortable and cozy, gives a sense of home
My work environment is very friendly and supportive. The best thing about our culture are the meet-ups, hackathons, conferences, workshops and celebrations which are often organized by the company. This is a great way to get to know people from other departments, share knowledge and have a good time
Most manager are very professional and humble persons
A culture of open communication is a cornerstone of our workplace. Employees are encouraged to share their ideas, concerns, and feedback without fear of reprisal. This transparency ensures that everyone's voice is heard and contributes to a culture of trust.

organizing events and participating in external IT conferences
When I smile at my colleagues and they smile back. Genuinely. Knowing that I'm appreciated as a worker and person.
Ability to regularly reach my personal and team targets
I find happiness in continuous learning and personal growth. When I have the opportunity to acquire new skills, take on new responsibilities, and overcome professional challenges, it keeps me engaged and motivated.
