What do you like best about the leadership team?
Visionary CEO who makes almost a fetish of integrity. A straight-shooting exec team that is clearly invested in everyone's career growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salaries are mid-/low-market. Options are typical, but with very real upside. Benefits are superb.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely cohesive team. Not all that diverse, although they try, and it's a stated goal of the company. Lots of socializing and support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strongly supportive management, always driving toward win/win solutions both internally and externally. Best vibe of any place I've worked.
