- What do you like best about the leadership team?Visionary CEO who makes almost a fetish of integrity. A straight-shooting exec team that is clearly invested in everyone's career growth.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Salaries are mid-/low-market. Options are typical, but with very real upside. Benefits are superb.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Extremely cohesive team. Not all that diverse, although they try, and it's a stated goal of the company. Lots of socializing and support.
