Positive Reviews From GW Employees

  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holidays, regular pay rises enery year and extra bonus when the company does well.
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honest and they walk the walk

Constructive Feedback From GW Employees

  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
they should try doing real interviews and stop playing games. ridiculous
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
SO MUCH WRONG. One man shop concept is abusive. Management knows more about sniffing glue than how to support shops. I have worked in many male dominated atmospheres, but this one is different as so many seem to have a pure hate towards females. this is reflected in both employees and customers.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It will not get better. They need to sell off to people who have a clue about the laws of the lands they operate in.
