What is the best part about your compensation package?Holidays, regular pay rises enery year and extra bonus when the company does well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Honest and they walk the walk
What would you improve about your company's interview process?they should try doing real interviews and stop playing games. ridiculous
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?SO MUCH WRONG. One man shop concept is abusive. Management knows more about sniffing glue than how to support shops. I have worked in many male dominated atmospheres, but this one is different as so many seem to have a pure hate towards females. this is reflected in both employees and customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? It will not get better. They need to sell off to people who have a clue about the laws of the lands they operate in.
