My overall experience is fine, my store was amazing!!! I loved my employees but upper management was awful, inconsiderate and not helpful at all

my co workers are the best part of every day and my regular customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is backwards, no one knows anything about the employees in the stores, they only care about money and moving product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store is positive because we all enjoy each others company and push each other to do better in work, in school and in life
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best! We all look out for each other, work with each other not against each other and lift each other up. We improve and become a stronger team with effective listening and hands on teaching
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company may improve if they took the time to acknowledge store managers, assistant managers and associates. These people need to be appreciated because they are the ones who actually sell the product. We need to be taught how to sell product in a friendly comfortable manner not a pushy maner
