Employees at store level should be more involved with decisions. They are the ones that know what customers want and will spend money on.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company may improve if they took the time to acknowledge store managers, assistant managers and associates. These people need to be appreciated because they are the ones who actually sell the product. We need to be taught how to sell product in a friendly comfortable manner not a pushy maner

pay is extremely poor compared to other companies. no raises from year to year and certainly underpaid for the amount of task work they put on you.
