What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership! They might as well close - if they sont know how by now, they never will
Morale building and higher store management compensation structure. More payroll for the stores support staff for PROPER FLOOR COVERAGE and COMPENSATION therefore Creating higher customer retention and satisfaction. Be genuinely engaged in the face of the company “store level employees”. Listen!!!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It waa the god awful owner and her sidekicks. What a miserable human being
The expectations it on store level managers Are unrealistic on a consistent basis. The pay is below industry standards and insulting. Upper management offers little if any support on the growth or development of talent within the confines of the company. Morale is very low at the store level.
Everyone below me makes more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Stuff gets done appropriately and quickly.
We work at a fast pace
We come together and mesh our ideas.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There nothing that could have been done to make thos place a better place to work at
We need more positivity and company orientated associates. To get that they need to be compensated better and appreciated individually and collectively. I need to be more engaged with my associates and spend less time tasking at the directives of the upper management team and allow the delegation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ita a great environment. Nice people.
People are quite welcoming and warm. I look forward to going to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate acknowledgement of the true significance of the store level employee from new part time associates to the hourly and salaried managers. We need to be treated with dignity and respect, developmental and operational support along with higher compensation for all store level employees. morale
