Salary is now more competitive and together with other benefits provides security needed for financial matters to not interfere in work petformance.
Great options for health insurance.
Our health insurance plan is not too expensive and there's a good employer match on retirement plans.
I am part time so I just receive a small hourly wage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am thr lowest paid full time person on staff
I feel that I bring a lot to the organization and raise a large percentage of the funding needed. Many are compensated higher than me that don’t contribute as much.
