What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely talented and passionate about what we do. The level of transparency is appreciated and I feel that they have our team members best interest at the heart of decision making.

The people on my team are the BEST! Truly the reason why I show up every day. they are very talented and caring. some of my coworkers are also my friends.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of our values is "One Team Hagerty" and this really sums up how we operate as a group. we truly come together every day for the same goal and mission. We are also very growth oriented - every employee can find a career path here.
