There are NO EMPLOYEE MEETINGS. NO Employee training, no employee feedback just do it the wrong way forever and shut up is the management attitude. They will fire you before any PCM

We all get along a work very well as a team.
We are a team and we care about one another like family. Except the manager chad jaso he doesn't care about anyone but himself
