Sound company with profit sharing for employees.

I work at the profit sharing center in OKC and we have an awesome environment. The people that I work with are very supportive and helpful. I enjoy going to to work everyday and I am excited to grow in his company and hopefully be a general manager.

Abide by the corporat SPI's and offer employees an annal review so we know what we are doing right and what needs improved on. VERY secretive no communication, they just want you to break the rules so they can fire YOU not them

Profit sharing is a mystery, no transparency even though your lively hood depends on it. CDL driver accidents taken out of profit sharing, customer's sometimes don't pay and that gets taken out of profit sharing. basically its shrouded in secrecy, I prefer to pay me directly. not part of PSharin

I have already moved on and trying to find out why my w-2 forms have not been mailed

There are NO EMPLOYEE MEETINGS. NO Employee training, no employee feedback just do it the wrong way forever and shut up is the management attitude. They will fire you before any PCM

our warehouse can't go a day without multiple mistakes costing us rework, redelivery and costs us profit sharing. WE NEED Training but management wont do it. It looks like plausible deniabliity,. no one really cares here. just punch a clodk
