I wouldnt recommend working here to anyone. No respect to employees sex or culture. Managers cuts opportunities and gets all the benefits to himself. He humiliates you on a daily bases. I was let go after 3 and half years of work.

Manager was terrible. No control over him

Customes were being treated poorly if they have different cultures than the manager

He asked me to meet at a restaurant to hire me. Made it look like a date. Very uncomfortable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
HR is really bad. Do not report anything even if your manager tries to touch you. They will let you go
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn working with people from different cultures. Manager didnt hire a female because she was black. The only faces you can see at the company is white males
