I earn more here than I would in a comparable job elsewhere and I get great benefits too.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we all feel a sense of 'doing big things together.' We work really hard, but it never feels like a burden because no one complains. I actually miss my team when I'm away.

What did you like most about the interview process?
they ask alot of questions so they know to choose the right people
I'd have rated this higher but they took a while to make sure I was the right person for the job. I had to take an assessment and a drug test... which was fine, I just didn't expect it.
The way the manager made me feel welcome and that I had the skills he was looking for.

What makes you most happy at work?
i love everyone there and it makes me smile
I know that we make a real difference for our members... and I also love the people I work with. Every now and then we'll have a lunch or outing together. It's fun.
The customers feedback, they are happy to come in and satisfied when they leave.
