they should have more team meeting and be more open minded

Helps me and my family tremendously.
Annual review/raise. Not quite up to insustry standards yet.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit raises not fair right now
they talk down to everyone. not working there
I had a promotion where I didn't even get a 10% pay raise. We could have benefits such as help with taxis, private pension, help to buy a bicycle, for example, as in another hotel in the city. But I'm happy and I have no intention of leaving.
we do to much for too little
The benefits and pay could be better but if you work hard, the chance to move up in job will he presented.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all hate Jason collectively.
Hard working professonals that know what they are doing!
They dont take long breaks
