Their transparency, clear and frequent communication, and inclusion in decision making. They care about the company and employees.
The leadership at Harris & Associates is very transparent, provides honest and thoughtful communications, is open to input from any sources/level of staff, and is good about providing explanation of changes and large business decisions.

The desire to collaborate and help each other
The team at Harris & Associates is always open and willing to step in and help out a fellow team member. There's a spirit of togetherness in the company mission.

The most positive thing about our culture is that our culture is positive - everything about it
The people. There are not really any "bad apples" at Harris & Associates and everyone is a humble team player.
