L3Harris had many DEI initiatives up until recently. They have flipped and gone full support for maga policies. HR VP does not focus on employee needs at all and the company itself advertises unlimited PTO though employees are disincentivized from actually taking time off.

Company culture is heavily influenced by maga and authoritarian culture

Interview process is average but personal preference plays such a strong role, rather than skills eval
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is authoritarian in nature and doesn't take any employee feedback. They turn off comments on internal company site posts that could have any negative feedback at all.
