What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are given a goal every morning and then pulled off of those calls to move to inbound that pays no commissions.

Pay better hourly wage and sales compensation.

The pay for an assistant manager is 15% lower on average than other comparable positions in my area. The company only employs one full time position at my store, but expects full time results from it's part time employees and expects us to have open availability even if we have second jobs.
