What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them seem to know what they are doing.
They care for us everyday
Positive energy and people. I love my leadership team
No one micro manages your work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The employees are limited with the information for the upper team. You get ignored with the questions and concerns that we have.
Value their employess and treat them better. Get a better website!
Scheduling, honesty, and communication are the top three areas needing improvement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance is very good
Good health benefits, incentive and commission
It is amazing and I love it!
Definitely the company match-contribution on our 401ks!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are given a goal every morning and then pulled off of those calls to move to inbound that pays no commissions.
Pay better hourly wage and sales compensation.
The pay for an assistant manager is 15% lower on average than other comparable positions in my area. The company only employs one full time position at my store, but expects full time results from it's part time employees and expects us to have open availability even if we have second jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody gets heard for the most part.
Every one is so pretty
Everybody seems to know what they're supposed to do and we all work hard to get it done
We work well together, everyone gets along
They do not hesitate to inform me if im wrong and take the time to make sure i do it right
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company meeting are always 5 to 8 minutes late, The managers don't communicate with us, so we are sitting there wondering if there is going to be a meeting, and we are met with no response.
Better communication among teams and supervisors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all want to do the best we can
Everybody knows what they're supposed to do and they work hard to get it done
We are allowed to celebrate the holidays and be as festive as we want. Within company policies as we do handle food
We keep it professional but still, show that we are human.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I had time to collect and reflect on the wants and needs for the job position to work comfortably from my own home.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Dont just hire anyone tha breathes.
What makes you most happy at work?
Designing artwork that fits the company image and makes the customers happy.
Fixing the orders. Knowing something is wrong and being able to handle it accordingly with satisfaction of the customer

Treat customers better and make sure shipping is better and more reliable.
