The pay for an assistant manager is 15% lower on average than other comparable positions in my area. The company only employs one full time position at my store, but expects full time results from it's part time employees and expects us to have open availability even if we have second jobs.
The company meeting are always 5 to 8 minutes late, The managers don't communicate with us, so we are sitting there wondering if there is going to be a meeting, and we are met with no response.
