What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager is very good leadership skills of managing the team and work by balancing the effort.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people with respect and performing their roles with integrity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To me, it is best company provide good compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They eliminated pensions for all employees with the exception of the Senior Management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All my collegues are knowledge and always help one to one for any problem or issue come across.
