Theres so many staff you can make at least 1 friend....you might find 1 colleague you can confide in and use to boost each other up to get through the day
Have management try squash the negative attitudes before they explode. Stop saying "thats not my job" and just helping..using initiative. Having staff meetings regularly so everyone is informed at the same time and made aware of things
