Mr. Johnson's career at Hasbro spans 20 years, during which time he has held responsibility for a variety of different aspects encompassing global human resources, organizational and leadership development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and communications and HR information systems. He serves on the Board of Visitors Executive Committee for the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and serves on the Board of Advisors for Year Up, an intensive training program that provides young adults with a unique combination of technical and professional skills empowering them to succeed in livable-wage careers. He is also on the Board of Directors for The Pawtucket Foundation and United Way of Rhode Island, and sits on the Board of Trustees at Rhode Island Hospital Foundation. He holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
