I am paid lower than my counterparys. I would like fair compensation.

Everyone is passionate about what they do. They have fun! Can you imagine walking into an office where everyone loves what they do?!? I've never worked in an environment like this one; a culture where people stay and don't want to leave.

Acknwledgment and more income equality between all disiplines.
