What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the vacation time I can accrue and I buy an extra week every year. Insurance is also really affordable.

Compensation was not comparable to the market, lousy raises, no room for growth
Bonus isn't contollable by my efforts
Better pay for certain spots because they require more work than other spots
