What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are a privately held company. Our senior leadership team is very accessible they both formally and informally interact with members. From my experience, they are transparent in their communications, being privately held they make decisions that are best for the company and the members.
They are constantly searching for ways to make everything work at peak effecientcy.

I like the accessibility to them, their vision of where we are going and how to get there seems clear and achievable!
Friendly approach, always at point to solve and also explain any concerns and why questions are always answered to the best possible way.
The leadership team puts growth of the organization first and is willing to make necessary directional changes to influence performance.

Everything, listen to the members, act on issues instead of sweeping them under the rug. Change the culture

What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the vacation time I can accrue and I buy an extra week every year. Insurance is also really affordable.
It is a great overall package. The vacation time allowed is good.
It is foreal, they do what they say they will do.

Compensation was not comparable to the market, lousy raises, no room for growth
Bonus isn't contollable by my efforts

Coming together to solve problems.
We genuinely like and care for each other both personally and for the work we do. We are intentional about they way we work together and actually spend time on how to become a better team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are fine people. Perhaps Haworth in general could hire those with higher integrity yet and pay significantly better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that senior leadership is accessible, and personable and often asks me for my input or perspective on a topic. As an individual contributor that is huge. The members at Haworth are amazing and most willing to help where they can.

The most positive about the culture I work in is that we all work together as a team and act as if we're all family. It works well together.
Family Business so Haworth is best at treating employees as its own company members.

What do you like best about your company?
That we are privately held. A global organization of over 7,000 members - but it doesn't feel that large. I often say if feels like an extended family if you take time to meet other members and what they do in the company.
