We are a privately held company. Our senior leadership team is very accessible they both formally and informally interact with members. From my experience, they are transparent in their communications, being privately held they make decisions that are best for the company and the members.
They are constantly searching for ways to make everything work at peak effecientcy.

My coworkers are fine people. Perhaps Haworth in general could hire those with higher integrity yet and pay significantly better.

That we are privately held. A global organization of over 7,000 members - but it doesn't feel that large. I often say if feels like an extended family if you take time to meet other members and what they do in the company.
