Everything, listen to the members, act on issues instead of sweeping them under the rug. Change the culture

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation was not comparable to the market, lousy raises, no room for growth
Bonus isn't contollable by my efforts
Better pay for certain spots because they require more work than other spots
Better insurance, better pay, more opportunity.

My coworkers are fine people. Perhaps Haworth in general could hire those with higher integrity yet and pay significantly better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership, less company politics, care about the members
More positive management. People that actually care.

Everything, the company is really going down hill
Come on, it is work. I wish I would have chosen a different career years ago.
