Good career progression, most of the employees are nice and supprotive, however the current CEO Dirk Hahn is vile. No respect for people who have been in the business for between 1-3 years despite my regional director emphasising the importance of those employees for the future of the company.

Easy to get along with colleagues and have a laugh. Approachable when need to ask for support
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team in my office are excellent, supportive and do try their best to help when needed. The regional director is a bit out of touch as well as some of the business directors but overall a good experience
