What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication in all aspects of the business
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel under valued because they are starting to hire non certified Pharmacy Technicians so they can pay them less to take hours from certified individuals. And more compensation would make me feel better about it
