Mr. Troy E. McHenry has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at HCP, Inc. since February 5, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Legal and Human Resources and Assistant Corporate Secretary at HCP, Inc. from July 2013 to February 2016. Mr. McHenry served as Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Quality Care Properties, Inc. (alternate name: HCP SpinCo, Inc.). Mr. McHenry served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at MGM Resorts International. Prior to that, he served as Associate General Counsel at Boyd Gaming Corporation. Mr. McHenry was also a Senior Associate at DLA Piper. He served as a Director of Quality Care Properties, Inc. until October 31, 2016. He also served as an officer (First Lieutenant) in the U.S. Army. Mr. McHenry graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point, received his JD from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law and received his MBT from the USC Marshall School of Business/Leventhal School of Accounting.
