Compensation should be as pet experience and market standard
I feel we can miracals over here if there is proper support from HO and guidelines traning.
With experience salary should be at par. In same grade people are paid unevenly. Incentive structure hopeless

A good colleague is one that is competent at their job, a team-player and motivated to be working for the organization and achieving its goals. They are punctual, hard-working and show initiative by seeking out solutions to problems. They are respectful of other colleagues and help others

Traning proper training guide support understand staff concerns don't keep HR policy on paper act on it

There is a very harden particular thinks to be done if u want to carck the thing

HR should be fast, active in getting back and updating about the status.

Lunch breaks and leaving to home
Yet persent it getting worst because on the team mismanagement before I was happy I was doing the best and all where appropriateing felt happy now after knowing more deep in company feels like there is lot of gap for the process and HR policy for especially ground level staff
