What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team work, support staffs needed
Frist full fledge traning in person support from the HO team easy and understanding process
Remove office politics and biases. Ratings done against favorites, no hard work appreciated, pay is also low

Compensation should be as pet experience and market standard
I feel we can miracals over here if there is proper support from HO and guidelines traning.
With experience salary should be at par. In same grade people are paid unevenly. Incentive structure hopeless

Quality resource needs to be hired

Traning proper training guide support understand staff concerns don't keep HR policy on paper act on it

HR should be fast, active in getting back and updating about the status.
