What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get to know your employees! The leadership team we used to have was excellent at listening and caring about their employees' wellbeing. This had a huge impact on employee satisfaction and retention. Employees never left Woodwinds before, now we can't keep people since our culture has been crushed
