What do you like best about the leadership team?
Receptive, transparent. Management was engaged with staff and open to suggestions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, too many changes in a short amount of time as well as a lack of communication about those changes. A culture of reacting rather than being proactive.
Understanding their employees wants and needs and understanding how families needs affect the out come or their employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PPO was the only Insurance option and it was expensive. Otherwise good benefits.
Very nice vacation and personal time benefit.
Matching stock options for my 401k plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Treated as aperson and not just a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-workers were determined to go above and beyond for service members and their families.
Each coworker has something to bring to the table.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management encouraged taking advantage of classes and training opportunities as well as career advancement.
They are a diversity co employing all races.the building is modern and nice.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything especially how unfair the supervisors arrested to people.

Kept informed as to what forms and other required elements were required for background checks and security clearance.
