
Attitudes are very negative and too much small talk during work hours.
Diversity is o k among most teams but there are some Managers who only hire people from their ethnic backgrounds which is worry some.
Managers who are fear mongers are promoted without higher education. Their draconian management styles are impeding the company from moving forward and becoming more innovative or efficient and a positive working environment.
It lasted 25 minutes. It was a panel interview and each interviewer fired questions back to back. This forced me to be on my toes and demonstrate my ability to think fast and respond well under pressure.
Less draconian management style. Less bullying and fear based management to drive results and owning responsibility for their own work instead of delegating all their work so they can engage in office politics. Hiring more diverse groups would benefit the Medicare department in Woodland Hills.
